zero experience, why not?

zero experience, why not?

Hey there, it's Sam. The founder of EASYB.

Today marks almost one month since taking the riskiest step of my life...

Let me give you some context: I have absolutely zero experience in starting a business.

Like literally nothing.

Yet here I am, two weeks in after launching EASYB—my dream, my risk, my leap of faith.

And man, has reality hit hard...

The reality isn't that things aren't going well, but that nothing ever goes to plan.

I went into this with sky-high expectations, thinking everything would fall into place like some montage or edit you see on TikTok or Instagram. I expected orders printing rapidly, followers pouring in, and that I'd be well on my way to building the brand I envisioned.

But, if there’s anything I’ve learned, it’s that nothing ever goes to plan.

Things didn't skyrocket immediately.

I’ve had sleepless nights questioning whether I made the right call. My launch didn’t blow up as I had imagined, and the harsh reality check sunk in.

However, what I also realized is that this is part of the journey. The missteps, the surprises, the highs, and the lows—they're all reminders that building anything worth having won’t follow a straight line.

I’ve learned that no matter how well you plan, life has a way of throwing in its own twist. But the real challenge isn’t about things going perfectly—it's about sticking to your path when they don't.

Today marks almost one month since taking the riskiest step of my life. And despite the unexpected, I'm still here, more motivated than ever. I’m embracing the setbacks, learning as I go, and more than anything, continuing to trust this journey. I'm learning that the payoff doesn’t come from perfection, but from persistence.

There's genuinely something so beautiful about failing at something and getting back up.

So here’s to the unexpected, to reality checks, and to never letting the walls and turns stop you from chasing your dreams.
